Léčba RS
Při léčbě tohoto onemocnění se klade důraz na zklidnění psychiky a zlepšení fyzického stavu pomocí rehabilitace. Doporučuje se užívání doplňků stravy, které napomáhají obnovovat myelinová pouzdra. Příkladem je kyselina gamalinolenová (GLA), která je obsažena v pupalkovém oleji, vkombinaci s B vitaminy, jež pomáhají přeměnit GLA v prostaglandiny. Dále jsou vhodné vitamíny E, C nebo zinek. lecitin, carnitin a C2A.
Nemocný by měl dodržovat dietu. Někdy se osvědčí i alternativní léčba, homeopatie. Žádoucí je i pravidelné, ale mírné cvičení.
